She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Haughey (Daniel Beeman) of Bradenton, FL and Jason Mears (Jen) of Orange, OH; her stepchildren, Todd Koch (Natalie) of West Harrison, OH, Pamela Brown (Gary) of Ayersville, OH and Timothy Koch (Eunice) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her siblings, Lois Ternet (Neil) of Monroeville, IN, Joyce Seward (Steve) of Fort Wayne, IN, Jill Averyhart (Darryl) of Columbia, SC, Mary E. Gerardot of Fort Wayne, IN, Jane Ward (Dave) of Fort Wayne, IN, Lisa Selfranek (Rob) of Montgomery, IL, Mark (Amy) and Barry Gerardot (Jane) of Leo, IN. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 5 step-grandchildren.
