With sadness, we share the passing of Jeannie Michelle Lemert in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jeannie, born on October 8, 1959, passed away on June 28, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Shaffer and Marilyn Ward. She is survived by: her nibling Chris Mitchell; her husband Paul Lemert; her sons, Cole and Tyler (Megan); her siblings, Julie, Johanna, Joetta, John Shaffer, Linda and Tammy; and her in-laws, Ginny Lemert of Fremont, CA, Bonnie Lemert of Henderson, NV, Randy, Connie Lemert, Bert, Doree Lemert, Susan, Paul Zimmer, John, Marty Lemert, Brian and Angie Lemert. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Erin's House for Grieving Children or to Stillwater Hospice.
