Jeff Meade Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeff Meade of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on September 26, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvis Meade and Velera Meade (Grey); and his brothers, Pat Meade, Tim Meade and Greg Meade.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Kathy Kennedy; his daughter Corie Meade; his stepchildren, Tammy Gould (Mike) and Todd Soper; his brothers, Rex Meade and Mike Meade (Mary Dean); his grandchildren, Tre Meade, Maykala Gould, Alex Gould, Paisley Soper and Reagan Soper; and his great grandchild Addy Sloan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jeff and Kathy's Home.
