He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly Hill; his parents, Jack Hill and Sharon Carsrud; and his niece Janice Harmon. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Hill of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Denise (James Hill), Victor (Jacquline Lopez), Paul Williams of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Marvin (Tomena Williams); and his stepson Zach Steger of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.
