He is survived by: his wife Ruth Casner-Rathbun of Warsaw, IN; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Katherine "Kaylee" Judy of Ft. Wayne, IN; his stepgrandchildren, Morgan Casner of Warsaw, IN, McKenzie (Dillon) and Baldridge of Warsaw, IN; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Landen, Hudson and Benson Baldridge of Warsaw, IN; and his sister Suzanne Page of Sun City, AZ.
