He is survived by: his wife Elaine Seifert (Winans); his children, Richard Seifert (Deon) of Indianapolis, Michelle Seifert of Fort Wayne, David Seifert (DaVanna) of Fort Wayne and Troy Townsend of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Evan Seifert, Alex Seifert, Alyssa Seifert, Brendon Seifert, Isaiah Townsend and Elijah Townsend; his great grandchild Everlyn Townsend; and his sister Sue Croy (Otis) of Joliet, IL..
