He was predeceased by: his father Howard Spillers Sr.; his son Jesse Spillers II; and his sister Janet Ingram. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Spillers; his children, Jessica Hart, Joseph Spillers and Julie Walters; his mother Alice Spillers; and his siblings, Beverly Burns (Jim) and H. Tom Spillers (Helen). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
