We announce the death of Joanne Mae Kraase (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 87. Joanne will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Keller and Laverne Keller. She is survived by: her husband Jerome Kraase; her children, Pamela Kraase (Kent Moraga), Kristin Butler (Joe) and Paul Kraase (Sarah Stocking); her grandchildren, Erin Ross (James), Thomas Fitzpatrick (Stephanie), Elijah Butler (Abby), Hannah Nichols (Matt), Isabellah Butler, Noah Semon and Ivy Semon; her siblings, Gene Keller (Linda), Kathryn Kreckel and Linda Cornetet (James); and her brother-in-law Gene Kraase. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation or Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer in Kokomo, Indiana.
