He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Haines (Wiggs); his daughters, Angie Whitacre (Jeff), Cheryl Haines and Tricia Lilly (Chris); his grandchildren, Michaela (Skyler), Collin Whitacre, Austin (Alexes), Dalton Pearson, Makayla (Terry), Colten and Cyann Lilly (Drew); his great grandchildren, Myla, Maverick Eicher, Roman, Thea, Duke Pearson, Tyler and Ellie Nickolson; his brothers, Galen Haines (Juanita) and Dale Haines; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Cains and Gary Lewellen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
