She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Josephine Lewis; her husband Larry M. Belans; her sisters, Barbara Pasquarelli and Ann Louise; and her great-niece Kaitlin Dunn.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Belans (Beth Cooper) of Driftwood and Allison Scholl of Fort Wayne; and her grandchildren, Mackenzie Scholl of Fort Wayne and Madeline Scholl of Minneapolis.
