She was predeceased by: her parents, John Newton and Grace Elizabeth Knox (Fry); her husband Von Hoffacker; her children, Shenan Hoffacker and Kerrie Barnes; her sisters, Mary McBride and Thelma Borcherding; and her grandchildren, Jaxon Barnes, Branson Barnes and Kerslyn Barnes.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Michelle Hoffacker of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Madison Hoffacker, Mason Barnes, Alex Hoffacker and Pierson Barnes. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
