He is survived by: his wife Melenda Bower; his daughters, Melissa Cook (Cameron), Caroline Bower-Lieberman (Alexander) and Bonnie McShane (Collin); his grandchildren, Connor, Emma Cook and June McShane; his sister Rebecca Kramer (Robert); and his nieces and nephews, Australian Shepherds, Rigby and Scout.
