He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. "Jack" Davis and Judith Davis (Daniels); his wife Mary L. Davis; his son Darren Davis; his sister Brenda Newcomer; his son-in-law Jason Ball; and his grandson Bronson Ball.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Barton (Jeff) of Columbia City, Shannon Ball (Tad Harris) of Columbia City and Tammy Hickenbottom (Obie) of Fort Wayne; his daughter-in-law Joni Davis of Columbia City; his stepdaughters, Sheryl Imbody of New Haven and Christina Sorg (Doug) of Fort Wayne; and his brother Jim Davis of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at 6875 E Chapine Rd, Columbia City, IN 46725.
