He is survived by: his wife Linda Mullenhour of Fort Wayne; his daughters, Dawn Lapp (Russell) of Garrett and Sue Ellen Keeler of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; his siblings, Robert Mullenhour (Kiyoko) of California, Lois Campbell (Robert) of Avon and Peggy Keller (Kraig) of Fort Wayne, Indiana.; and his grandchildren, Bradley Lapp, Casey Lapp, Jessica Keeler and Jacob Keller.
