He is survived by: his children, John F. Melton (Lisa J.), Julie Kostecki (Tom), Mike Payne and Kelly Payne; and his siblings, Betty, Florence, Wilma, Mitzi and Kay. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
