With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John M Meyer of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Garrett, Indiana, who passed away on February 8, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Meyer and Bernadette Meyer (Shoudel); and his sister Margaret Meyer. He is survived by: his siblings, David "Sweeney" Meyer (Clora), Mary Kay Helmkamp (Ed) of Wolcottville and Ann Smith (Tom) of Fort Wayne; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Wells (Tim), Kim Anderson (Chase), Brian Meyer, Alan Smith (Amber) and Stephen Smith (Amanda); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan Wells, Corinne Wells, Paige Anderson, Caden Anderson, Addison, Regan, Morgan, Evan, Ellie Maye, Piper Meyer, Abigail, Nolan and Ava Grace Smith.
