It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Michael Lestans Summerlin (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, William Burnett, Clarence and Sarah Summerlin; his grandparents, Gladys Fortenberry and Jesse Barriga; and his aunt Sherian Snyder.
He is survived by: his parents, Mark Summerlin and Jessica Summerlin; his siblings, Matthew Summerlin, Taylor Summerlin, Melissa Summerlin, Jackson Summerlin, Jerrod Winston, Candice Cutrer and David Summerlin; his grandparents, Clarence, Sarah Summerlin and Barbara Burnett; and his aunts, Janelle Barriga, Bethany McCourt, Elizabeth Graves and Lee Ann Eiland.
