He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Orr and Johanna Orr (Beltz); his wife Marlene Orr; his sons, Roger and Martin Orr; his great grandchild James Allen III; and his siblings, Darlean Dupre, Rita Bloemker, Herb Orr and Terry Orr.
He is survived by: his children, Lois Shears, Ronald Orr and Bryan Orr. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
