He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Risley, Jr. and Mary Risley (DeMotte); and his brother Dannie Joe Risley. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Risley of Fort Wayne; his children, Brian Risley (Julie) of Fort Wayne and Sara Risley of Indianapolis; his granddaughters, Ali Risley and Leah Risley of Fort Wayne; and his sister Mary Katherine Williams of Petersburg, Indiana.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
