We announce the death of Johnathan Michael Stephan of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on June 8, 2026, at the age of 36. He was predeceased by: his brother Jacob Stephan; his cousin Lee Bates; and his grandparents, Devon and Bonnie Bates. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Myers (Lisa) of Fort Wayne and Diana Walker (John) of Huntington, Indiana.; his siblings, Jerade Stephan, Josh Amick, Justyn Amick, Jordan Amick, Kimberly Amick, Joel Amick, Jayden Walker, Kayla Myers and Jaimie Myers; and his aunts and uncles, Andie Bates, Allen Bates (Diane), Paul Bates (Julie) and Robin Bates. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
