He was predeceased by: his grandfather Alan Godsey. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Allan Moore and Amanda Catherine Moore; his sister Madeline Bowman (Peter); his nephews, Oliver and Silas; his niece Estelle; his uncle Scott Godsey; his cousin Lincoln; and his grandparents, Ellen Moore, Glenn Moore (Becky) and Cathy Godsey Anderson (Steve).
