He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lentz and Edith Lentz; and his spouse Drusilla L. Preston. He is survived by: his children, Richard L. Lentz (Donna L.) of St. Joe, Stephen L. Lentz (Becki J.) of Stanwood, Michigan and Linda L. Lentz of Fishers; and his sister-in-law Beverly of Arizona. He is also survived by two stepchildren, five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, two step-great-grandchildren.
