He was predeceased by: his grandmother Betty Cummins; his uncles, Dennis Hollowell and Raad Alshemmari; and his great-uncle Milfred Hickman. He is survived by: his mother Kathy Faulkner (Hollowell); his sisters, Lynnsie Storey (Dan) and Kasandra Faulkner; and his nieces and nephews, Alex Faulkner, Porter Faulkner, Olivia Faulkner, Nora Storey, Colin Storey and Karina Alshemmari.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lindenwood Cemetery (2324 W Main St, Fort Wayne, IN 46808).
