He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Clark and Laura M. Clark (Bacon); and his brothers, Jack and Jim Clark. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Simmons (Dorsey) of Fort Wayne, David Clark (Cynthia) of Pierceton and Douglas Clark of Fort Wayne; his grandchildren, Stacy Clark, Dorsey Simmons (Kelsey), David Clark (Vanessa), Sarah Long (Will), Christine Parker (Chris) and Autumn Brown; and his sister-in-law Jane Clark. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
