It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith May Herbst in Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in White Cloud, Michigan, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Edward Lang and Frieda Lang (Schubert); her brother Rev. Edward Lang, Jr.; and her nephew David Lang. She is survived by: her husband H. Allen Herbst; her daughters, Lori Jeanne, Lisa Beth (Timothy) and Kathy Lynne (Matthew); her brother Duane Lang (Joyce); and her sister-in-law Marjorie Lang. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Burial will take place at Concordia Cemetery, 5365 Lake Ave. Preferred memorials in Judy's memory may be directed to the Emmanuel Lutheran School Building Fund.
