With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kara Deckard of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on May 6, 2025 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Morris and Leona Bracht. She is survived by: her parents, Matthew Deckard and Laura Deckard (Bracht); her sister Rachel Miller (Kevin); and her grandparents, Douglas and Sherilyn Deckard. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and several cousins.
Memorials may be directed to St. Joe United Methodist Church or St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Auburn.
