She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fletcher and Elizabeth Fletcher (Hoffelder) of Fort Wayne, IN.; and her brother David Fletcher. She is survived by: her son Phillip Matthew Gresham (Michelle); her grandchildren, Dallas Zachariah, Scarlett Analise, Henry Matthew, Ruby Ilona, Miriam Rose and Theodore Isaiah; her husband John Robin Gresham; and her brothers, Bartlett and Douglas Fletcher. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the Gresham family humbly requests that donations be made to Lauren Richwine of Death Done Differently (deathdonedifferently.com (http://deathdonedifferently.com)) in Kathy's memory.
