With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathy L. Hackworth of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on July 10, 2022 at the age of 54. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Kevin Billions. She is survived by: her husband Daryl Hackworth; her sons, Ben Hackworth (Morgan) of Fort Wayne and Ryan Hackworth of Fort Wayne; and her siblings, Karen Kloess (Larry), Mark Billions and Shelly Spradlin (David). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
