She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll and Alice; her brother Jerry; her sister-in-law Karla; and her sister Nancy Worden.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea and Adam of Fort Wayne; her sister Betty; her brother-in-law Jeff Stieglitz; and her former husband Alan Hines. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Kathy would have liked Memorials to be made to North Side High School for Kids Surviving Cancer, Madina Village School, or Saint Francis University Jesters Program.
