She was predeceased by: her parents, F. J. "Mac" McCreary and Kathaleen McCreary (Knisely); her son Steven Perez; and her sister April Bauch. She is survived by: her children, Elena Dove (Barry), Sylvia Spaulding (Greg) and Tom Perez (Laura); and her daughter-in-law Vicki Perez. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
