He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Christianson and Mildred Christianson (Erickson); and his siblings, Ivan, Rhoda, Patt, Beverly and Phyllis.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Louise Vierck; his son Brian Christianson (Dana) of Edgerton, WI; his grandsons, Brady of Chicago, IL, Brice of Chicago, IL, Jason Christianson (Holly) of Fort Wayne, IN, Mason of Las Cruces, NM and Carter of Fort Wayne, IN; and his sister Ruth Thayer of Cherry Valley, IL..

In lieu of flowers and a memorial service, Keith suggested a contribution to Riley Children's Health (RileyKids.org), a favorite of his gift-giving.
