He is survived by: his wife Susan Gotsch of Fort Wayne; his children, Megan Jones (Ian) of Cincinnati, OH, Mitchell Gotsch (Madison) of Denver, CO and Mallory Gotsch of Indianapolis, IN; his siblings, Gary Gotsch (Debbie), Don Gotsch (Diane), June Daly and Cheryl Hazelet (Rex); and his sister-in-law Diana Gotsch.

Memorials may be made to Concordia Lutheran Church & the Association of Frontotemporal Dementia.
