She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Millard. She is survived by: her children, Madison Holmberg (Jon Holmberg) and Allison Marvin; her grandsons, Theodore Holmberg and Noah Holmberg; and her siblings, Jeff Fisher, Jill Fisher, Ed Howard (Lisa Howard), Missy Montes (Tony Montes), Kevin Howard (Carrie Howard) and Tim Howard (Faith Howard). She is also survived by her family, friends.
