We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2023, at the age of 78, Kendric L. Chaney of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Huntington, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. Chaney and Gladys L. Chaney (Williams); and his siblings, Sharleen Carnes and Nick Chaney. He is survived by: his wife Diann Gregg; his sons, Darrin Chaney (Valerie) of Huntington, Nathan Chaney (Misty) of Huntington and Jerrod Chaney of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Ron Chaney (Julie) of Zanesville and Susie Decker (Ed) of Hartford City; his siblings-in-law, Joe Carnes of Markle and Joyce Garton of Roanoke; his grandchildren, Asheley Selig (Patrick), Foster Chaney (Allyson), Mavin Veilleux (Tyler), Riley Brundige (Parker) and Regan Chaney (Peyton Miller); and his great grandchild Ila Brundige.

Memorial donations can be made out to L. C. Nature Park in care of Myers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 403, Markle, IN 46770.
