He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Arbuckle and Lela Arbuckle Sr. (Barnett); his son Jaime Arbuckle; and his siblings, Beverly, Jimmy, Larry, Betty and Johnny.

He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Chris Arbuckle (Lisa), David Arbuckle, Susan Shirley, Beth Arbuckle, Steven Arbuckle and Cindy Ramiez; and his siblings, Ron, Dan, Penny, William "Dick" (Pam) and Terra (Ron). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
