He is survived by: his children, Dr. Gregory (Robyn Webb), Jeffrey (JoNel LeCount), Jon Kurtz (Tina Zern), Cynthia Voorhies (Mike) and Lisa Van Allen (Carl); his grandchildren, Major Robert Greener (Artemia), Doug Greener, Dr. Reed Kurtz (Maca), Karl Kurtz, Anna Schultheis (Luke), Dr. Madelyn Kurtz, Logan Kurtz (Hana), Amelia Kurtz, Luke Van Allen and Kevin Van Allen; his stepgrandsons, Dr. Jason Voorhies (Rachel) and Justin Voorhies; his great grandchildren, Josh, Mia, Dexter, Harrison, Valentina, Tomas, Teddy, Lucy, Sierra, Jackson, Katie and Kaylei; and his siblings, Lois Goudy, Robert Kurtz (Darlene), Carol Selking and Karen Ayres. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
