He was predeceased by: his father Wilmer Hoffman; his sister Kim; and his brother-in-law Bob Rauner. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Rose Hoffman (Bultemeier) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his sisters, Kristie Leffers (Kurt) of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Kelly Blair (Brian) of New Haven, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials are to St. John Lutheran- Flatrock or Worship Anew.
