It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kerry Michael Hultquist (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on March 28, 2022, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Roger Hultquist. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Hultquist (Shurtz) of Fort Wayne, Ind.; and his daughters, Lily Kay Keebler (Hultquist) and Isabella Lee Keebler (Hultquist).

In lieu of flowers, memorials donations in his honor may be made to an education fund for Lily Kay and Isabella Lee in the care of Sharon Hultquist.
