He is survived by: his parents, Kevin Eugene Rutledge and Charity Lynn Szabo; his sister Dusti Rose Rutledge; his son Ezryah Szabo of Fort Wayne, IN; and his girlfriend Annastasia Bozynski of Marion, IN..
