It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lawrence Anthony Petrie of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Garrett, Indiana, who passed away on October 6, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph A. Petrie and Helen M. Petrie (Hackel); his grandfather Peter Petrie; and his siblings, Pamela Ann Kerns (Larry) and James Richard Tanberg (Sherry).

He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Petrie (Mary), John Petrie (Cheryl) and Susan Davis (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
