He was predeceased by: his former wife Edna Worthman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Oyer-Worthman; and his children, Randy Worthman (Janna) and Sue Ann Worthman. He is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
