With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Liboria Josephine Lawson (Fort Wayne, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 2, 2025 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony DeNova and Antonina DeNova; her husband Bobby G. Lawson; her daughter Dori Westrick; her grandson Joshua Salyer; her great grandchild Norah McKenzie; and her siblings, Salvator DeNova and Mary Miller.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Argerbright (Terry) of Fort Wayne, IN, Diana Fitch (Dan) of Fort Wayne, IN and Darlene Boukal (Jim) of LaVista, NE; her stepsons, Mickey Lawson (Tish) of El Paso, TX and Jeff Lawson (Lisa) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her son-in-law Mike Westrick of New Haven, IN. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Point Church of the Nazarene (8611 Mayhew Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835).
