She was predeceased by: her parent Nettie B. Simpson; her grandmother Rachel Simpson; her sister Ruth Simpson (William Bailey, Jr.); and her son William "Kipp" Bailey. She is survived by: her significant other William Bailey, Jr.; and her children, Welton Glenn Bailey (Willie), Jack Bailey (Nena), Gloria Bailey-Greene (Dirk) and Bobby Bailey (Delonda). She is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
