She was predeceased by: her grandfather Frank Kobuck Jr.; and her great-grandparents, George, Hazel Wolf, Paul, Vera Wallace, Frank Sr., Sarak Kobuck, William and Orpha Parker.

She is survived by: her parents, Gregory Lynn and Amy Beth Wolf (Kobuck); her sister Courtney Wolf; her grandparents, Jo Ann Kobuck, Robert and Sandra Wolf; her aunts and uncles, Jackie Pighetti, Vickie Miller (Steve), Frank III Kobuck (Sherri), James Kobuck, Pam Corrado (Angelo), April LaRosa (John) and Todd Wolf (Anita); and her pet Milo.

The family is requesting no flowers and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Fort Wayne Animal Care and Control.
