With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lisa M. Hackworth of Fort Wayne, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 17, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Pettigrew and Garnet Pettigrew (Bridegam); and her husband Chris Hackworth. She is survived by: her daughters, Rylee Hackworth and Hailey Hackworth; and her siblings, Lorene Perry (Neil), Alyn Pettigrew and Bruce Pettigrew (Jenelle). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 1970 E Keiser Rd, Columbia City, IN 46725.
Memorial donations may be given in memory of Lisa to assist with funeral expenses.
