He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Harlan; his daughter Melanie Walters; his grandchildren, Marcus and Moriah Goeglein; his parents, Clayton Harlan and Cora Harlan; and his siblings, Lois Rockhill, Berneice Harlan, Ethel Marie Wood and Warren Harlan.
He is survived by: his children, Melinda Moffitt (Steven) of Wooster, OH, Michael Harlan (Cathy) of Lewisville, TX, Monty Harlan (Janette) of Albion, IN and Michelle Goeglein (Mark) of Fort Wayne, IN; and his son-in-law Ken Walters of Colorado Springs, CO. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to Bear Lake Camp.
