He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn C. Dunlap and Myrtle I. Dunlap; his wife Rosemary Dunlap; and his siblings, Mirwood G. Dunlap, Doris V. Guy, Marceille R. Paulus and R. Jean Bice. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
