He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Diller and Freda Diller; and his siblings, James, Donald, Larry, Eugene, Fredonna, John and Jack.

He is survived by: his children, Keith Diller (Deb), LuAnne Yorke and Laurie Springer (Gordon); and his brother Allen Diller (Sandi). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
