He is survived by: his children, David L. Milner of Fort Wayne, IN, Karen L. Milner of Colorado Springs, CO, Gregg A. Milner (Rhonda) of Columbus, OH and John R. Milner of Fort Wayne, IN; and his grandchildren, Mason Milner, Clayton Milner (Megan) and Carrigan Hatia (Elson).
