It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malinda Reese of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on September 29, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert "Covered Up" Reese Sr. and Minnie Lee Reese Stevenson (Williams); her siblings, Betty Reese, Albert, Charlie (Janet), Terry, Larry and Raymond Reese; and her stepbrothers, Howard Lee and Richard Stevenson.
She is survived by: her children, LaShonda Reese, Jermaine, Argentry and Courtney Reese; her sisters-in-law, Patricia Reese, Joyce Gaines-Reese and Carol Stevenson; her stepbrothers, Bobby, Kenneth (Geraldine), Will (Shirley), Duane (Vickie) and Michael Stevenson; her foster brother Tyrone Woods (Vickie); her uncle David Williams (Sheila); her cousin Frederick Stevenson (Gwen); and her grandchildren, Kwai Love, Jermaine Jr., Jasmine, Jaylin, Jayla and Kennedy Reese. She is also survived by nieces, nephews extended family.
A wake will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Jerusalem Baptist Church (1151 Francis St, Fort Wayne, IN 46803). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
